All reservations are subject to 30% reservation fee in order to be valid - upon availability check and your decisions to be our guests, we will send you detailed information including IBAN for reservation confirmation. Reservation fee is reimbursable infollowing cases:

- Cancellation 90 days or more before the date of the stay - 100% reimbursed
- Cancellation 60-90 days before your stay - 50% reimbursed
